Refund and Cancellation Policy: Tigerless does not permit cancellation of coverage once a policy is in effect, except as expressly set forth below.; F-1 Visa Waiver Plan: Tigerless will provide a 100% refund or cancellation only if the purchased plan does not meet the insurance requirements of the student's school. To be eligible for a refund, a written letter from the school providing a detailed explanation of the denial must be received by Tigerless within 30 days of the coverage purchase date.; OPT and H-1B Plans: These plans are non-refundable under all circumstances once coverage has been issued.; Processing Fees: All processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable, regardless of plan type or the reason for any cancellation or refund request.

User Account Responsibility: If you create an account on this Website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of this Website, or any products or services purchased through this Website shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
