UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design website user interfaces and user experiences to ensure a high-quality website experience for users

• Conduct research across various media platforms to identify, collect, and address user pain points

• Collaborate with the company’s team on interface development for new website products, including defining the overall visual style, design standards, and documenting design components

• Create graphic designs for operational and marketing campaigns and optimize overall visual presentation based on business needs

• Stay up to date with industry design trends and applications, build and share design knowledge, and help improve the team’s overall user experience design capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above and at least 1 year of UI/UX work experience

• Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma

• Strong visual design skills with excellent control and expression of color, layout, and information presentation

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within a team

• Strong independent thinking skills, organization, and creativity

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations

Language Requirements:

• English (Required)

• Mandarin Chinese (Required)

Recruitment & Internship Arrangement:

• Internship positions are filled on a rolling basis (Rolling Recruitment) and will close once filled

• Internship start and end dates can be flexibly arranged based on the candidate’s availability

• Interns must have valid U.S. work authorization
